UCARE Intl. is a nonprofit, charitable organization in the Luzira area of Kampala, Uganda. UCARE Intl., provides housing, food, clothing, medical care, and education to 80 children ages 3-15 years old. All of the children are orphans, primarily as a result of HIV/AIDS and conditions of extreme poverty. We provide the love, care, education, and social development they need, to ensure they can excel and become productive citizens of Uganda

We aim to provide education of the impoverished children by giving them tuition free education at our school
We work closely with partner organizations to provide medical care to all children in our care
Besides providing clothes and uniforms, we also provide breakfast, lunch and supper daily to our 80+ children and orphans
I joined ucare when I was 9 years old. I am so grateful for the care they have given us with my fellow children at the orphanage and am happy that I am at school but I didn't have any hope of studying. Am confident that I will fulfill my dream of being an accountant. God bless you all for your support you render to us every day
UCARE Team gave me an opportunity when I had no where to go. They took care of me and up to now they are still taking care of me and my fellow friends at the home. Am so happy because am at school and I want to become a judge so that I can bring justice to people. Thank you all our lovely friends out there for your good heart
Since I joined the home(at age 7), I have never regretted at all because of their parental love, care and support. I am so happy with my care takers, my fellow children and the whole community. Thank you everyone has been and still supporting us. We love you all.

OUR VISION is to improve the living standards of orphans, destitute, affected and infected with HIV and AIDS, empowering the illiterate women with micro entrepreneurship skills and quality of life of young people in the street who don't have any hope for the future and those of their families and relatives. We also promotes the culture of tolerance and respect among diverse members of our organization and our partners with civic activities focused on serving others and building social ties that strengthens communities through our programs
